This filly has already earned nearly $200k winning the Oklahoma Futurity at Remington Park for owners Trey Odom, Scott Bryant, and Norman Allen. Trainer Trey Wood has been impressed with the filly’s maturity. Jockey Jose Alverez will get the mount looking to stay undefeated.

The two horses that recorded the fastest times on both days of the Ruidoso Downs training races will compete in the same trial Saturday. Jess Dream of Me, owned by Ray Merrill and Greg Cullum, was clocked at 15.65 seconds for 300-yards on May 3. Jess Dream of Me will be ridden by jockey Francisco Calderon for trainer Clint Crawford. On May 4, El Painted Eagle was also clocked at 15.65 seconds for owner Jose Ozuna, trainer Heath Taylor and jockey Rodrigo Sigala Vallejo. Better box ‘em.

Race 8 BF Shes Outrageous #1  Morning Line Odds: 2-1

Trainer Wes Giles may have something special in the barn with this filly that was just shy of setting the track record while winning a spring stakes race at Turf Paradise on April 28. She will be ridden by Emilio Tapia for owner Keven Birrell.

Race 16  Whirlaway Wagon #3  Morning Line Odds: 7/5

The youngster won both starts over at Remington including the Remington Juvenile consolation race on April 17th. Manuel Rodriguez is the owner and trainer for the gelding with strong speed figures and high potential. Jockey Raul Ramirez Jr., will try to keep the gelding undefeated.
