We are seeking exceptional, enthusiastic team members and “foodies” to join our unique Food and Beverage team. We are looking to fill the following roles:

·      Servers, Bartenders, Beer-tenders, Mixologists - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Bussers, Food Runners, Expediters, Dishwashers, Hostess - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Food and Beverage/Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Managers, Banquet Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

·      Reservation Clerks, Program Clerks, Concessions Workers - Seasonal

·      Banquet & Event Teams - Front and Back of House

·      Warehouse Leads, Warehouse Clerks, Restock Team - Year-Round Full-Time and Part-Time or Seasonal

With weekend live races from Memorial Day to Labor Day, plus weekly events and banquets, most schedules would include weekend days and nights during season.
