New Mexico Horse Breeders Association to Host Dinner Party & Awards Ceremony During Zia Festival

The New Mexico Horse Breeders Association will be hosting their annual dinner party and awards ceremony during the upcoming Zia Festival Weekend at Ruidoso Downs Race Track. In addition, there will be a Round Table Discussion on Saturday, July 31 at 10:00 AM at the Ruidoso Horse Sale Pavilion.
