Senior management at Ruidoso Downs Race Track is looking to hire a qualified person to fill the position of Executive Operations Assistant. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative functions of a multi-tiered, regulated sports organization under direction from senior management. Duties include clerical functions and providing assistance to senior management, public-facing operational duties during public events, detailed regulatory communications, educational and community outreach, and management and production oversight of certain special events.

An associates degree is required for this position and a Bachelors degree is preferred, along with five years of relevant work experience. Experience in sports management, gaming or horse racing is a plus. A complete job description can be viewed here.
