The All American Foundation at Ruidoso Downs Race Track is pleased to announce that the 2021 John Andreini Scholarship has been awarded to the following recipients: Shacie Marr, Ann Elizabeth Tebow, Bailey Ziegler, Trista Martinez, Karsyn Reed,Tristan Ashford, and Haylee Jamison.

The scholarship is awarded annually by the All American Ruidoso Downs Foundation Board of Directors in memory of former owner and partner, John Andreini.

This is the third year that the All American Foundation has awarded the scholarship, and for 2021 the Board of Directors increased the total amount of the scholarship fund from $6,000 to $7,000. The Board is pleased to be able to honor John in this manner and to help these students defray the cost of their education.

In order to be eligible to apply for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

·       Applicants or their families must be involved in the horse racing community

·       Applicants must have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.5 in their most recent year of study

·       Applicants must currently attend or will attend a college (university, vocation school or certificate program) within six months of the application date
