New Mexico Legislature to consider the future of New Mexico horse racing and gaming

During the First Session of the 55th Legislature, NM State Representatives Candy Spence Ezzell will introduce HB 199, a bill to legalize advanced deposit wagering, and Pete Campos will introduce SB 153, an act relating to creating capital improvements and gaming tax credits for certain gaming operator licensees. Both bills are vital to the future of New Mexico horse racing and Ruidoso Downs Race Track.
